A multi-perspective enterprise portal for surveillance, analytics, and real-time monitoring across banking, retail, and enterprise sites.

Problem
Banking, retail, and enterprise customers needed a single, unified portal to monitor sites, vaults, lifts, and staff presence — instead of juggling separate disconnected tools for surveillance, analytics, and access control.
Approach
Built a modular React component architecture supporting four distinct perspectives (General/Site Monitoring, Vault Management, Lift Analytics, Presence/FRS) with dynamic role-based navigation. Implemented JWT authentication with MFA, refresh token handling, device trust management, and RSA-encrypted credentials, WebSocket-based live video streaming and alarm notifications, analytics dashboards with Recharts and MUI DataGridPro (server-side pagination, filtering, CSV/PDF export), video archive management with time-based playback and multi-camera grid views, and Google Maps integration with clustering and click-to-view live streams. Added Axios interceptors for centralized error handling and automatic token refresh.
Outcome
Delivered real-time site monitoring, video playback, alarm/ticket management, and device health tracking through one intuitive interface, with unit tests achieving 90%+ coverage.
