Problem
A national bank needed centralized management of CCTV surveillance across nationwide ATM locations, with fast incident detection and a reliable ticketing workflow for security and maintenance teams.
Approach
Built an ATM surveillance portal with event-driven alarm handling (snapshot capture), footage request management, and device diagnostics. Implemented authentication with account ID verification, OTP with countdown timer, and cookie-based tenant identification, plus advanced filtering (autocomplete, date ranges, debounced search, pagination) and a modular structure separating protected routes, services, and reusable components.
Outcome
Gave security and maintenance teams a single system for alarm management, ticket lifecycle tracking, energy/temperature trend monitoring, and reporting across all monitored sites.
